From prescription to first session there are five steps. If anything is unclear, call us - we will go through it with you.
Medical prescription
Occupational therapy is prescribed by a doctor. Your GP or a specialist issues the prescription, which states the number of sessions.
Arrange the appointment
Book in the calendar at the top of this page - the free slots are visible straight away. You can also reach us by phone, via WhatsApp or by email.
First conversation
We talk about what is difficult for you in everyday life and what you would like to be able to do again. That is the basis for everything that follows.
Assessment and goal
We take the assessment - depending on the speciality: mobility, strength, fine motor skills or sequences of action - and agree on a goal together.
Treatment and follow-up sessions
You go home with a concrete plan. If the prescription runs out and therapy is still needed, your doctor issues a new one.

The calendar is provided by our booking service TBooking (Pharmed Solutions AG, Zurich). Your details and the appointment handling stay in Switzerland. For secure operation TBooking sets a session cookie that disappears when you close your browser; you can block cookies in your browser.

Occupational therapy is a benefit of mandatory health insurance: basic insurance covers it when a medical prescription exists. What you pay yourself depends on the deductible and co-payment in your policy. If the treatment follows an accident, the accident insurer covers it; if you are registered with disability insurance, the IV does. Billing runs through a Swiss clearing office.
How quickly a slot becomes free depends on the speciality and on which times suit you. The calendar at the top of this page shows the free slots straight away. If nothing fits, get in touch - we will look for a solution with you.
