From prescription to first session there are five steps. If anything is unclear, call us - we will go through it with you.
Medical prescription
Occupational therapy is prescribed by a doctor. Your GP or a specialist issues the prescription, which states the number of sessions.
Arrange the appointment
Book in the calendar at the top of this page - the free slots are visible straight away. You can also reach us by phone, via WhatsApp or by email.
First conversation
We talk about what is difficult for you in everyday life and what you would like to be able to do again. That is the basis for everything that follows.
Assessment and goal
We take the assessment - depending on the speciality: mobility, strength, fine motor skills or sequences of action - and agree on a goal together.
Treatment and follow-up sessions
You go home with a concrete plan. If the prescription runs out and therapy is still needed, your doctor issues a new one.

Online appointment calendar
The calendar is provided by our booking service TBooking and embedded into this page. Loading it sends TBooking your IP address and technical details about your browser, and it may set its own cookies. Whatever you enter in the calendar is stored there and passed on to us.

Occupational therapy is a benefit of mandatory health insurance: basic insurance covers it when a medical prescription exists. What you pay yourself depends on the deductible and co-payment in your policy. If the treatment follows an accident, the accident insurer covers it; if you are registered with disability insurance, the IV does. Billing runs through a Swiss clearing office.
